North Texas Food Bank:  The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a nonprofit hunger relief organization that distributes donated, purchased and prepared foods through a network of feeding programs in 13 North Texas counties. The food bank was established in 1982 to address the critical issue of hunger in North Texas. The NTFB is a certified member of Feeding America Food Bank Network. Attendees give back with a “hand’s on” community project. Help sort and box donated items to North Texas school children and families through a backpack project.Volunteers are invaluable to the Food Bank. Without the 60,000 plus hours of volunteer help each year, the NTFB would be unable to provide food to the hundreds of thousands of hungry North Texans it currently
